Drain re-lining eliminates costly excavations and general disruption to your property. It is capable of repairing and curing leaking and open joints, root infiltration, cracks and all other associated pipe failure.
Re-lined to last
The process is accepted by local authorities, loss adjusters, surveyors, civil engineers and architects. Continuous lengths of up to 50 metres can be installed in a single length, with no need for joints, or a small section of 0.5 of a metre can be installed for a localised repair.
The materials used are extremely strong, abrasive, resistant and do not rely on the existing pipe for its structural integrity.

The lining will withstand ground movement far in excess of traditional drainage materials such as salt glaze, clay ware, concrete etc.

Pipe re-lining procedure
Drain-Spec has the capability of lining pipes with diameters ranging from 75mm to 300mm, even around 90 degree bends, without wrinkling.
The system involves a resin impregnated felt liner which is either pulled or inverted into place, it is then inflated with air until it takes the exact shape of the existing drain. This creates a pipe within a pipe with minimal disruption to the local environment or your property.
